Culture: The culture is knowledge, experience, beliefs, values, attitudes, meanings, hierarchies, religion of each person. This is also the communication, the sharing of these things. Culture is also the characteristics of a group of people.
Integration: This concept means putting different cultures together. Cultures must know and understand each other to become integrated.
Background: The background is the culture that someone comes from. People come from very different backgrounds, which is something to considerate in socialization. The communication is the best way to know and understand the background of the persons we meet.
Respect: This concept means valuing each others point of views. It means being open-minded, open to being wrong, accepting people as they are, not mistreating people because they are different to you.
Sustainability: Sustainability is defined as a requirement of our generation to manage the resource base such that the average quality of life that we ensure ourselves can potentially be shared by all future generations.
