My University in Switzerland propose to make an Erasmus. I didn't want to miss an opportunity like this because I think it is important to be open to others, to learn to live with another culture, and simply share such experiences. By making a stay as it, we learn a lot of things about ourselves, about others, about the world in which we live. We can also understand things of life in an other way and this is really enriching. If such opportunities arise, we should just take them for our experiences of life!
Three years ago, I started working as a ski instructor and at this moment, I realized that I wanted to be a teacher. Indeed, I really like working with kids and learn them what I know, share with them experiences, teach them the important things of the life and how to be someone. I'm actually in my second year of pedagogy studies and I still really like this. In Switzerland, we have the chance to have a lot of teaching practice and I think it's the best way to learn the teaching profession and put the theory learned into practice.
In this blog, I will talk about my future role as a teacher and about the globalization, these two concepts are indeed related. In fact, the world is developing and we have to face this evolution. As a teacher, we are facing professional challenges and this blog will show how we can face these challenges. You will be able to see what is my views on globalization and its surroundings.
Before browsing my blog, here is my definition of globalization:
Globalization is the sharing of different cultures, it is the integration within an environment but also the evolution of these different cultures and ways we use to adapt to the world around us.
